We operate a no quibble returns policy. If for any reason you are not entirley satisfied with your order or you have changed your mind we will accept the goods back for full refund within 30 days.
Follow these steps should you have any issue with your purchase.
- 1. Please contact us in writing to let us know you are returning any items. Please e mail us on email@example.com giving us the details of what it is you wish to return and why including your invoice/reference number.
- 2. Goods must be in their original packaging, unused and in a re-saleable condition. If the goods arrive back damaged or with parts missing we will not be able to issue a refund which also includes damage in transit which remains the responsibility of the purchaser until we have signed and confirmed receipt in good condition.
- 3. Please keep a copy of your proof of posting in case of any hold up in the postal system.
SHORTAGES OR FAULTY ITEMS
Please check your goods carefully on delivery and advise us of any missing, incorrect, damaged or faulty products within 7 working days. We will make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace any goods that are damaged or defective or refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
Our liability in the case of claims is limited to the sum paid for the goods and the cost of the carriage. We will also refund any costs paid by you for returning faulty or damaged products. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
